HELLO LOVELY!

The Dressmaker on Parkway

M Studio is where garments are transformed into stories. Founded by couturière Michelle Loggins, the atelier is devoted to creating couture pieces that carry meaning — legacies, memories, and symbols stitched into thread and fabric.

With more than 30 years of sewing experience, Michelle earned her Associate’s Degree in Fashion Design in 2015, became a member of the Association of Sewing and Design Professionals (ASDP) in 2016, and achieved the distinction of Master Sewing and Design Professional (MSDP) certification in 2022. She continues to refine her craft every year at the ASDP Annual Education Conference and other professional opportunities, ensuring that each garment is created with both artistry and mastery.

ThreadMark, a signature offering of M Studio, begins with the belief that garments are more than beautiful objects. They are vessels of story, memory, and imagination. Each piece is drafted, fitted, and finished by hand, with thread as the constant that binds past to present.

At M Studio, couture is not only about fashion — it is about storytelling. Every garment is crafted to bloom in its own time, leaving a mark that endures.

MY APPROACH

At M Studio, every garment begins with a story. My work is to translate memory, meaning, and imagination into couture pieces that are as personal as they are beautiful.

Each design is a collaboration — a sketch that grows into a muslin, then a garment, stitched with intention from first fitting to final detail. Whether it’s a gown inspired by legacy, or a piece created for a moment you want to carry forward, every thread has a purpose.

Couture here is not only about fashion. It is about storytelling — garments that bloom in their own time, leaving a mark that endures.
